Health MCP is a log you keep through an AI assistant. It is not medical care, a diagnosis or a doctor's advice. Assistants make mistakes: check what matters and talk to a doctor.

In an emergency, contact your emergency services, not the assistant.

Your part

Log only your own data. Don't try to break the service or overload it.

Keep your recovery code: without it and without a passkey we can't restore access.

The service is provided as is, without warranties. Decisions about your health are yours.
